About the Role
You will develop and manage the Global Corporate Membership Program. As a newly created role, you will be responsible for the innovation and implementation of the member journey and deliver a comprehensive corporate sales strategy. You will provide chapter support in the GMT (UK) time zone, across all member activities and initiatives and implement marketing strategies to build program awareness.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of the Global Corporate Membership program.
- Manage the membership lifecycle ensuring seamless onboarding, renewal, and offboarding.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies to build program awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders i.e. corporate clients, and partnerships.
- Support chapter activities in the GMT (UK) time zone with the CEO, Operations Team, and volunteers.
- Conduct reporting on member data and insights to drive process and service improvements.
- Conduct ad hoc or administrative duties as required.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship management, membership, sales, business development or strategic marketing roles.
- Highly strategic thinker and passionate about improving member/customer experience.
- Confident, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- A can-do attitude, resilient and proactive.
- Highly collaborative team player with a small business mentality.
