What’s the Role?
- Managing all employees, contractors and capital plant in the Processing Area of Work to meet production requirements.
- Comply with company policies, documentation and all applicable acts and regulations to ensure the safe performance of all duties.
- Maximise plant availability by maintaining housekeeping and maintenance expectations.
Site: Stawell Quarry
Location: Stawell, VIC 3380
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: min. 40 up to max. 52 hours/week (overtime as required, inclusive rotating Saturdays where necessary).
Remuneration Package: A highly attractive remuneration package is on offer for the suitably qualified candidate with an annual wage opportunity of earning between $145,000 - $170,000 + superannuation + travel. This position will fall under the Cement, Lime and Quarrying Award. All leave entitlements, including 13 RDOs /year.
Training Opportunities: On-the-job training offered, working towards undertaking Certificate IV of Surface Extraction Operations (if not already qualified).
Do you have what it takes?
- Engineering qualifications or previous experience would be advantageous.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to make things happen.
- High level of problem solving, analytical and planning skills.
- Preferable to have experience with SAP and Citect control systems.
- Honesty, integrity, fairness and a positive attitude.
- High personal hygiene and presentation standards.
