Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in a management consulting environment or in a tech organization in strategy and operations.
- Experience partnering with business teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
- Experience in program management.
Experience supporting teams driving industry sales in verticals. * Ability to be flexible in a fast paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several projects at once.
- Familiarity with tools such as Anaplan, Salesforce, Looker and headcount management platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive strategy and operations for the APAC Industry Sales team focused on five major vertical markets , involving driving top account selection, market prioritisation, annual plan development and design of compensation plans
- Drive operational levers for Industry sales including supporting Industry sales teams in customer engagements across the region in addition to driving fortnightly cadences on bookings closure
- Lead headcount planning for the APAC GTM org working closely with the recruitment organisation to drive headcount management process for the region
- Identify, structure, and lead key strategic initiatives and business programs (e.g. Headcount Planning for allocation/trade-offs, driving Post-planning corrections, and new Sales Processes).
- Core member of the planning team for global accounts planning for the APAC region - leading and managing account split processes to ensure adequate customer coverage for global accounts
