Job Description
APAC Program Transformation Manager
Your key main responsibility will be:
Member of the APAC Leadership team.
Develop and execute comprehensive transformation strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of transformational initiatives from conception to completion.
Establish a robust governance and monitoring structure for Transformation project initiatives in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and overseeing tracking and monitoring processes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members in process improvement methodologies and effective project implementation practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business priorities.
Establish and maintain effective communication channels to provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders.
Identify and address potential roadblocks and barriers to change, proactively implementing solutions to ensure project success.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of transformation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and lessons learned throughout the organization.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative practices to inform transformation strategies and drive business innovation.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards throughout the transformation process.
You will bring:
Bachelor’s degree. MBA highly regarded.
Previous experience in Strategy development
Skillsets in process improvement with a desire to drive continuous improvement – Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies
Proactive ownership of problems through to completion.
Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
Operational management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong analytical and data driven mindset.
