- Being "Guest obsessed" while providing support and presence on the front of house areas to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant and cafe & warm and efficient service is provided
- Providing leadership, guidance and support to your F&B colleagues, ensuring our F&B service standards are observed providing a consistently high level of service to all guests
- Set up for each service period
- Familiarizing yourself with VIP and regular clients to ensure their requests and needs are met
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service and promote a safe workplace by recognizing hazards and promoting general OHS practices
- A ‘hands on’ approach is required as is to work as part of a team to provide seamless service
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader role within a restaurant and cafe is required
- Experienced Food and Beverage attendants are encouraged to apply for the next step.
- Passionate for customer service
- Experience in training and motivating employees
- Friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation and self-awareness
- Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, nights and public holidays
- Excellent communication skills
- Being a true hospitality professional dedicated to providing customer service excellence
