With a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, we are currently seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our F&B team.
About You
- Passion for customer service
- The ability to lead, train and motivate a team
- Flexible and resourceful
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Wine and cocktail knowledge
- Exceptional time management skills
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in an a la carte restaurant, café, hotel or similar environment
- Weekend and evening availability
- Current QLD RSA Certificate
About the role
- Conduct informative and positively team briefings
- Manage and lead team members
- Manage and organise all booking enquiries
- Facilitate onboarding and ongoing training
- Encourage team members to gather guest feedback and manage accordingly
- Assist in all aspects of Food & Beverage
- Ensure all opening and closing checklists are completed daily and within a reasonable timeframe
- Assist with management of POS system to update items, prices and logins
- Manage administrative tasks such as creating checklists, daily reporting and takings
- Casual or Full Time available
