Moyne Shire seeks to appoint an administrative officer to support its management in Governance and Risk operations. Council’s Governance and Risk operations support the Council with a range of regulatory requirements in the management of it operations and management of its risk culture.
The Governance and Risk Officer supports Management in the delivery of functions related to Councillor support, meeting requirements of the Local Government Act 2020 (VIC), compliance and Risk activities through experience in administrative support in a compliance-driven environment.

- Current driver licence
- Employee Working with children check
Essential
Minimum four years experience in an office environment
DesirableKnowledge of local government and Council processes and procedures highly desirable, or experience in a regulated environment with transferable skills
Key selection criteria 1Demonstrated background in governance, risk, and/or compliance management activities
Key selection criteria 2Demonstrated background in supporting administrative operations in an executive management environment
Key selection criteria 3Substantial demonstrated experience in Microsoft packages.
