About the company
Our client is a large and complex institution championing an inclusive workplace culture. They have a dedicated division for workplace relations accountable for comprehensive workplace relations matters such as behavioural and ethical conduct, workplace dispute management, enterprise agreement negotiations, etc.
What you will do
- Manage and operationalize a newly implemented process, ensuring that it aligns with the organization's procedures, policies, and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate the continuous review and improvement of the new process, including collecting and analyzing feedback from business users.
- Manage and oversee risk, compliance, and quality assurance processes for DOI (new process), including regular monitoring and reporting in accordance with the organization and legislative requirements.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training and communication on conflict of interest and disclosure topics, ensuring training content and staff resources (web and other) are reviewed regularly.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with other relevant business units, functional areas, and critical staff, including providing expert advice.
- Maintain expert knowledge in the uses of Salesforce/CRM and guide those using the system in managing disclosures.
What you will have
- Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making in risk management and mitigation, including handling high-volume decision-making and providing advice. Specific experience in managing external interests and conflicts of interest is highly preferred.
- Exhibit strong skills in stakeholder management, including interactions with department heads and addressing staff-level inquiries.
- Exposure to Governance and Risk, HR, and Workplace Relations
- Experience in facilitating project implementation and change management to ensure the successful adoption of new processes.
- Good working experience using Salesforce.

- Willing to work in the Southeastern suburbs location
- Can commit full-time
