Our deployed workforce of 1,200+ consultants work on projects and BAU assignments across a diverse customer base.We are looking for a Risk/Governance Manager (SME) for an initial 3-month period (extension options), with 4+ year's risk advisory and/or governance experience, preferably gained in a Financial Services organisation.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following;
- Experience of regulatory requirements for superannuation and wider corporate governance and the ability to turn this into pragmatic advice and guidance.
- Extensive experience drafting policies, standards and guidelines.
- Proven experience with stakeholders, where the negotiation, consulting and planning skills will be required to achieve an outcome.
- Ability to write with effect, particularly in relation to creating reports and preparing amends to policies.
- Good communication skills and ability to engage and influence is essential
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce, Law or Industry related field
- Post tertiary qualifications in financial services, financial planning,superannuation, risk management desired
