Salary- An exciting opportunity to work with the CEO, Mayor, and Councillors in a 12-month fixed term role (covering a period of leave)
- Full time position with a competitive salary of $70,666 - $78,534 depending on experience
- Based in Camperdown, Victoria
What you will do:
In this role you will assist in the provision of governance and civic support to the organisation, while providing administrative support to the office of the CEO, Mayor, and Councillors
What you will need:
- Previous administrative experience in a similar role, with a broad range of skills in office administration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with MS Office suite and the ability to readily learn new software programs.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work under pressure with effective time management in both a team and individual environment.
- The ability to establish good relationships at all levels of the organisation.
