Our client is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join their clinic in a part time capacity. This position would suit a candidate with extensive experience working within a GP practice and be familiar with the day to day practice operations and accreditation requirements.This position will offer the right candidate 5 days per fortnight, flexibility of a hybrid position working both on-site and Remotely/working from home will be offered to a suitably experienced candidate.Key duties and responsibilities will include:· Day to day management of the practice including the overall operations· Maintaining and updating (including the importing of updated online), for the practices HR platform - Practice Hub· Management and maintenance of medical practice risk management, patient records and all general practice correspondence· Ensuring the regular timely renewal of Workcover Premiums and practice insurances on an annual basis· Maintaining the Medicare (My Medicare) Fee Schedule· Regularly updating the clinics website· Tracking and recording of Doctors CPD points and ensuring their professional development plans are up to date and regularly checked· Practice document control and providing assistance with the implementation of any new practice processes and procedures· Maintaining all staff and HR records for the group and ensuring practice compliance· Staff rostering and providing HR support to the team for any up and coming HR mattersSkills and experience required for this position will include:· Experience working within a similar role (within a General Practice setting as a Practice Manager would be favourable)· Demonstrated experience preparing and undergoing practice audits for GP accreditation· Prior experience using Best Practice Software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)· Open and clear communication and interpersonal skills· The ability to lead and manage a team in a hybrid position working both remotely and on-site in clinic· Strong attention to detail and solid time management skillsRemuneration:Salary negotiableA rare opportunity to combine working from home and working from the office.
