About us:
Our practice has been serving the community since 1924. Our team has grown significantly since then, now including8 doctors, three Practice Nurses, Melbourne Pathology staff onsite and physiotherapy who all work together as one. We strongly believe in a supportive and friendly work environment; we feel our staff are like family.
Position Information:
- Full time - We are flexible and happy to consider a part time arrangement.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Chronic Disease Management/Care Plans
- Health Assessments
- Immunisations
- Wound Management
- Recalls and Reminders
- Assisting in small surgical Procedures
- Home visits to patients and nursing homes - (access to own car/transport preferable)
- Maintaining medical supplies/treatment room stock control
Previous experience is these areas is preferred but not essential.
Pre-requisites for this position are:
- Registered Nurse
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Outstanding communication skills and customer service
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
- Computer literacy and a professional attitude
Community nursing and Medical Director experience are preferred but not essential.
