Your new role
The focus of this role is to contribute to the development of the overall asset allocation and investment strategy by providing support to our Consultants and Senior Consultants.
This role offers great flexibility in a blend of office and home-based work and the opportunity to learn from intellectual and motivated colleagues and clients.
Some of your duties will include;
- Preparation of quarterly and monthly reports (numerical and written) for clients and external parties, providing details of performance, fund asset allocations, fund sizes etc.
- Assistance in the development of Investment Strategy and advice for our clients.
- Liaising with, and responding to ad hoc requests from clients
- Representation of client funds at the JANA Asset Allocation committees.
- Analysis of quantitative data for reports.
- Enhancement of all aspects of the client/internal reporting process and competitor comparisons.
As a Graduate Analyst, you are an outstanding written and verbal communicator, who is intellectually curious with a growth mindset. You will ideally have recently graduated from university (0-1 year) with a degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Law, Business or equivalent.
You have strong people skills with an ability to communicate across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external. You demonstrate accountability in your judgement and are able to build respectful and enduring relationships. You have flexible and adaptive problem-solving skills and a passion for service delivery excellence to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical and excel capabilities are required.
You have a client centric mindset and are committed to exceeding expectations. Able to work independently or as part of a team, you work collaboratively and positively to achieve a common goal.
