Total Remuneration $82,280 to $86,907 pa (including salary of 69,528 to $73,438 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

Are you passionate about technology and possess a natural talent for troubleshooting and solving problems for staff? The Digital Services Directorate is on the lookout for a driven individual to help us enhance our internal systems for our staff.
In this role, your responsibilities will include analysis of user system and application needs, development of apps and automations, and testing of systems. You will be developing in a variety of technologies in the SharePoint Online environment, including Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft Power Automate. Your goal will be to continuously improve your technological skills technologies in the SharePoint Online environment with the guidance and mentorship of experienced IT professionals.

Position Requirements
Recently completed a relevant IT degree with a major or equivalent in Application Development, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
Proficiency knowledge in the operation of computer applications and the ability to learn new systems efficiently and effectively.
Knowledge and experience in office productivity software, communication/collaboration software, operating systems used within the University sector, including Microsoft and Macintosh and/or connectivity including wireless and authentication.
A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team, and autonomously from time-to-time, to achieve good results and successful outcomes within timeframes.
Experience using a structured problem-solving methodology to resolve customer problems.
