Build-Apps is seeking skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our rapidly growing start up on a full-time basis. We have developed a suite of innovative applications in the real estate space, that aim to provide technical solutions that empower commercial real estate owners and managers globally to enhance their property portfolio performance by unlocking and surfacing the insights hidden in their data.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of analytical and technical skills, with a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to enhance user experiences and drive business growth.
Position Responsibilities:1. Data Analysis: - Utilising statistical techniques to analyse large datasets related to real estate trends, market dynamics, and user behavior. - Extracting meaningful insights and actionable recommendations from data to guide product development and marketing strategies. - Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand business requirements and translating them into innovative analytical solutions. 2. Database Management: - Designing, developing and maintaining our application databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security. - Implementing data migration strategies and optimising database performance for enhanced application responsiveness. 3. Application Development: - Collaborating with our Dev Op steam to integrate analytical solutions into real estate applications. - Developing and maintaining data-driven features, dashboards and reporting tools to empower users with valuable information.
- Supporting ISV product development. - Creating visually appealing and intuitive data visualizations to communicate complex data insights via the app through UI and UX features. 4. Quality Assurance: - Conducting thorough testing and validation of data-driven features to ensure accuracy and reliability. - Collaborating with the Dev Ops teams to identify and address any issues related to data integrity or application functionality.
Technical Skills required:
- Bachelor Degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field, or at least 5 years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications - At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Developer, with a focus on real estate applications preferred.
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics (PowerApps Portal, Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate) and Common Data Service is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as CSS, JavaScript, Web API, WebServices & SQL, and familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - A good understanding of UI/UX concepts and experience with data visualization tools, with a keen eye for creating impactful visualizations. - Solid understanding of database management and optimization. - Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
