The Role
Here’s a great opportunity to gain experience in a Business Analyst role, supporting the documenting of business processes, defining business requirements, data collection and analysis of alternative solutions and measuring and evaluating outcomes. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
We are currently seeking a Graduate Business Analyst to join the ICT & Data Integrity team. As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for documenting and defining internal processes and requirements and identifying opportunities for advancement and improvement.
Collaborating closely with the Senior Business Analyst, ICT and individual programs you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of solutions that meet and advance business needs.
This position is located in Cannington and will be offered on a Permanent Full-time basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.

Selection Criteria
The position requires:
- Tertiary education in a relevant field or relevant industry experience.
- Experience in developing process maps, business process improvement and detailed requirements documents.
- Experience with SalesForce, or other CRM platform (desirable)
- Intermediate customer service skills.
- Advanced computer, numeracy and literacy skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, including but not limited to Excel, Power BI and Power Apps.
- Intermediate organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- Intermediate communication and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate research and analysis skills.
- Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date)
- Unrestricted drivers’ licence
- Working With Children Check
