Victoria's Big Build Graduate program
Over a 2-year program, you'll have the opportunity to:
- rotate through a range of business areas (depending on your discipline and project team)

You'll be exposed to the design, development and delivery of upgrades to the road and rail networks and supporting structures, including bridges, tunnels, stations, earthworks and drainage.
In this role, you will:
- provide assistance in the review of project briefs, guidelines specifications and contract documentation
- assist project managers and engineers in carrying out engineering activities such as project scoping of works, performing estimates, safety reviews and similar technical activities
- ensure the project works are carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, and safety management plans
- support with reporting and tracking of projects

When you join the program, you'll be employed full time at a salary of $77,778 + superannuation (effective from December 2023 - as per VPS EA 2020).

To be eligible, you must:
- have completed your degree between January 2022 and January 2025
- hold a bachelors or masters degree relevant to the role
- have full Australian working rights for the entire duration of the program (February 2025 to February 2027)
If you have completed a masters degree, you must have commenced your masters within 12 months of completion of your bachelors degree.
