Your Future Role
This role, Working From Home based anywhere in Australia, will be supporting the senior team with portfolio management, creating & managing advertisers’ digital marketing campaigns for Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
This role is a Permanent Full-Time Position, reporting to the Search Marketing Manager.
Your Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Supporting the team with SEM campaign portfolio management
- Developing and strategise digital marketing solutions for advertisers.
- Building a trusting and consultative relationship with advertisers
- Setting up relevant, high-quality search ads campaigns that are in line with policies and best practices
- Ongoing monitoring, management, and optimisation of a portfolio of their campaigns to meet key metrics
- Conducting monthly and ad hoc service calls for advertisers
- Providing campaign and industry insights and recommendations to advertisers
A Bit About You
- A passion for digital marketing and a marketing mindset
- Technically savvy, with the ability to utilise multiple systems proficiently
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to build rapport with customers, and develop trusting and consultative relationships
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Curiosity and self-development mindset
- Google Advertising Accreditation is highly regarded but not essential
