About the opportunity

Joining as part of our structured graduate program, this role will see you making a difference in the work you deliver; a chance to use your skills to contribute to the growth and development of your local community whilst being afforded the career development opportunities of a large, dynamic and privately-owned company. You’ll get to:

  • A curious and proactive nature; ability to challenge the status quo and look for continuous improvement

  • An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to deliver information succinctly and present with seamless communication, working with other service lines across the Spiire business as well as within the Electrical team.

  • Previous experience in electrical design in an internship or work experience capacity will be highly regarded, as will experience using AutoCAD.

  • Trips one per quarter to attend grad program events with your graduate cohort

  • Health and wellbeing events promoting physical and mental wellbeing

  • A fun and supportive environment for you to grow your career

  • An extension of leave benefits including study leave, volunteer days and floating public holidays
