Key Responsibilities:
- Design, install, and maintain commercial-grade computer networks, VoIP systems, and IP-based CCTV systems across various client sites.
- Conduct regular system checks and updates to guarantee uninterrupted network services and enhance security measures.
- Implement network solutions tailored to complex environments, such as shopping centers, office buildings, and industrial facilities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide guidance and technical information, ensuring that our network architecture meets current and future needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network devices including routers, switches, and access points, using advanced monitoring tools like Remedy.
Essential Skills:
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale networks, with a portfolio that includes work on sites.
- Proficient with Cisco network devices, specifically with Cisco 2960 and 3550 switches, Cisco 2811 routers, Cisco Wireless LAN controller, and Cisco 3700 series switch.
- Demonstrated ability in designing network layouts using tools like Visio.
- Experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IP-based CCTV systems, ideally with exposure to systems containing 350+ cameras.
- Integrate and manage Aruba wireless and wired networking equipment, ensuring high-performance connectivity and user experience across client sites.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Aruba network infrastructures, utilizing tools like Aruba AirWave and ClearPass for advanced monitoring and security management.
- Excellent documentation skills for network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
