Form of workWe are looking for a self-motivated, energetic electrical engineer to join our fast-growing team. You will be working in the new and exciting Electric Vehicle Charging space, getting exposure to the latest technology in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate will be comfortable in designing EV charging projects, helping to coordinate electrical installations and become our in-house technical expert.
You will also be involved with technical selling during meetings with customers, so strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities include:
- Designing all electrical works for the Electric Vehicle Charging Stations for EVSE
- Plan and administrate design coordination consultations to customers for the most appropriate EV charging system.
- Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, technical specifications, procurement documents, cost estimates, detailed analyses.
- Establishing delivery and scheduling installations for multiple projects across Australia.
- Carry out site inspections via both desktop assessment site visits.
- Adopt AutoCAD & AutoCAD Electrical in sketching Single Line Diagram (SLD), wiring diagrams, schematic, 3D models.
- Designing & recommending distribution board capacity for the Electric Vehicle Chargers.
- Liaise with the network operator and contractors to assist in the smooth operation of projects at Australian councils.
Working as part of a small team in a start-up you will also get exposure to other aspects of the business, helping out with the website, social media, marketing as well as duties around the warehouse.
You will be a crucial member of the team and will get all round business experience that won’t be available anywhere else.
Experience:
Electrical Engineer Graduate or Final Year Engineering Student
