PERSOLKELLY is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join our client based in Mascot. As a Graduate Engineer, you will assist the Project Manager in coordinating and managing the onsite flow of work, materials, and equipment on various projects. You will work closely with site supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role offers invaluable hands-on experience and professional growth in diverse infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities will include assisting in forecasting project costs, creating and adjusting work schedules, and procuring necessary equipment, materials, and labor. You will maintain effective relationships with vendors, clients, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring all project specifications are met and compliance with on-site safety protocols is maintained. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurate daily site records, managing testing and verification documents, and supporting site team leaders through shadowing and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of accountability and attention to detail.
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
- Understanding of project management structures and standards.

- Studying tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a similar field.
- Satisfactory completion of at least two (2) semesters in the relevant discipline.
