This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineering graduate to join their team.
The Role:
- Deliver technical process know-how and drive continuous improvement to the operations division.

- Initiate and facilitate operational efficiencies
- Champion improvement initiatives and projects
- Manage and ensure adherence to all safety process, policies, and procedures
- Manage quality assurance
- Review and manage accordingly supply lines
- Budget management across allocated projects
- Engineering Degree or relevant technical field - essential
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to perform and produce results in multifunctional teams in a dynamic work environment
- Excellent analytical, problem solving/decision making skills; ability to make timely, effective, fact-based decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to build rapport and develop collaborative relationships
- Experience in information technology, particularly all Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
