Our Graduate Development Program enables you to gain valuable and meaningful technical, leadership, and behavioural skills. Further to regular development supported by our active Graduate Group and through our Roots of Arcadis community, you will take part in our Graduate Development Program which focuses on accelerating your technical and personal skills development. The state-based Graduate Group equips you to accelerate your career and build a depth and breadth of personal and professional experiences through various events including Meet the Legends events with our Senior Technical Directors, Trivia Nights, Site Visits, Knowledge Sharing events, and a lot more.
Our Arcadis Expedition DNA program could give you the opportunity to join other Arcadis professionals from across the globe where you will deepen your understanding of digital transformation and start building skills related to digital and innovation.
Role accountabilities:
Joining our national Environmental Restoration team, you will gain experience working across a variety of contaminated land and restoration projects. You'll be spending time in the field on site taking samples and completing inspections for the Detailed Site Inspections. You'll be joining a team with a strong senior presence, working alongside and learning from a number of Associate Technical Directors, Technical Directors and Senior Technical Directors - all experts in their field passionate in passing their experience onto the next generation of Consultants.
Qualifications & Experience:
First and foremost, you have a passion for improving the quality of life. You share our values - People First, Collaboration, Sustainability, Client Success, and Integrity. You will be graduating in 2024 or have recently graduated from a Bachelor of Environmental / Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, Geology, Earth Sciences degree or a degree relevant to the space we work.
