AddressAustralian Consolidated Milk (ACM) is a well-established dairy food manufacturing company situated in Northern Victoria.
ACM's singular manufacturing site of dairy products including milk powders, cream, butter and cheese is a unique point of difference in the industry.
The Graduate Financial Accountant will report to the Financial Controller and will assist in preparing consolidated financial statements for the ACM Group. Exceptional training and support from our experienced finance team, will be provided.
Based at ACM's Kyabram office, the focus of the Graduate Financial Accountant is to provide support to the finance and administration teams in the areas of: -
- Reconciliations of ACM's internal framework in purchased milk, farm gate milk and freight reconciliations
- Preparation in month end management reports and Board Report financials
- Weekly and Monthly Freight analysis and reporting
- Intercompany invoicing and processing
- Export documentation and insurance
Duties and Responsibilities: -
- Ensuring monthly accounts and reporting timelines are met
- Quality and accuracy in presentation of financial information
- Accuracy of reconciliations and use of financial reporting tools
- System accuracy and maintenance of company ERP and financial reporting software
- Ad hoc data analysis
Qualifications and Experience: -
- Post graduate qualifications preferred (Commerce or Business Degree)
- Strong analytical skills
- Sound literacy, numeracy, communication and computer skills
- Demonstrate willingness to learn, initiative and strong work ethic
- Organised with excellent time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment
