We are looking for a Graduate Investment Lawyer to join our exciting Graduate Program based in Sydney who is interested in the following:
- Investments and Fund Structuring
- Venture Capital
- Fintech & Startups
- ASX: ETF and Fund Listing
- Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) in Investment
- AFS Licensing
You will join a fun team of young, motivated individuals while receiving mentorship from our senior management. This role would suit a driven graduate, who is eager to become a unique lawyer with specialist knowledge in a growing industry. Our Graduates receive exposure to various areas of the King Irving Group through a rotation across different companies and divisions.

King Irving provides specialist legal, compliance and consulting services to the financial services industry. We deal with both the practical aspects of assisting clients with their businesses in providing legal and financial services. Our clients range from boutique to large-scale financial services firms, such as fund managers. We provide them with expert guidance and specialised advice.

At the centre of the group, King Irving is both a law firm and a consulting business with a unique offering in an area of expertise. To gain broad experience our Graduates undertake rotations across different areas of financial services which include:
- Drafting Technical Advice and Consultations
- Investment Vehicle Structuring
- Wholesale and Retail Fund Builds
- AFS Licensing
- Compliance
Sandford Capital
Sandford is an AFS licensee which incubates and assists newly established clients and fund managers to obtain coverage through corporate authorised representatives and authorised intermediary arrangements through conducting:
- Client consultations
- Due diligence and onboarding process
- Presenting to the Board
- Ongoing compliance and support
