About the role
Juris Cor Legal is looking for a full-time Graduate Lawyer who will work in the property and commercial team on a variety of conveyancing and legal matters. The ideal candidate will be pragmatic, proactive, solutions-focused and preferably have working experience in conveyancing. Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients are essential and a bilingual Mandarin speaker is necessary.
You will be responsible for:
- client management;
- Preparing and drafting contracts;
- Processing contracts to settlement, ideally be proficient with PEXA;
- liaising with clients, lenders, real estate agents and other stakeholders
- Conducting searches and enquires
- maintaining an accurate and up to date record of costs and fees.
Salary is up to $60,000 based on experience.
