We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in leveraging the power of the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft data products to drive digital transformation in the legal industry. This role offers an exciting blend of Business-As-Usual support and engaging project work.

The role
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in leveraging the power of the Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft data products to drive digital transformation in the legal industry. This role offers an exciting blend of Business-As-Usual support and engaging project work.
Key responsibilities in the role include:
- Develop, customise, and maintain Power Platform solutions tailored to the needs of G+T and its users.
- Design and implement efficient workflows using Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
- Create intuitive and user-friendly applications using Power Apps to address specific business requirements.
- Assist our Data team to build dynamic and interactive reports and dashboards using Power Pages for data visualisation and analysis.
- Utilise Microsoft Dataverse to build scalable data models and manage structured data for Power Platform applications in conjunction with the Data Architect.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the Power Platform ecosystem and Microsoft data products and recommend enhancements or new features to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and integrate Microsoft Copilots using Copilot Studio into Power Platform applications to enhance automation and workflow capabilities.
- Leverage Copilot Studio to create intelligent virtual assistants that can interact with users, understand their needs, and perform tasks within Power Platform environments.
- Architect and deploy Copilots that seamlessly integrate with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages, providing users with advanced automation and data processing functionalities.
- Be familiar with Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities and how to harness its AI-driven insights and automation within the Power Platform ecosystem.
About you
As our successful candidate you will ideally have 4 years of relevant experience as a Power Platform Developer, with expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Microsoft Dataverse.
Specific desired experience includes:
- An understanding of Microsoft data products such as Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Fabric, and Power BI.
- Copilot Studio experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience in working with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML and SQL.
- Experience in working with Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar tools for source control, testing and deployment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proven track record of working as part of a greater team to architect scalable solutions and previous experience working in an environment that overlays governance and security controls.
