Nathan Contractors is a civil engineering contractor, delivering specialised services in Australia's infrastructure market. Nathan delivers works for Energy, Bridge and roads, Dams, Water and mining infrastructure projects with a focus on concrete section of Projects. We work anywhere from northern QLD to Victoria.
The Position:As aSite Engineer, you will be responsible to:
- Work closely with Project Engineers and Site Supervisor to provide engineering and technical support to projects.
- Manage quality documentation.
- Ensure all site activities are performed in accordance with HSE regulation.
- Provide engineering support including design reviews, development of work procedures, Safe Work Method Statements (SMWS), safety documentation and quality documentation.
- Liaise with site crews, subcontractors, suppliers and the client to ensure the project is running successfully.
- Ensure the project delivery is compliance with specifications & standards of the client and other project stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 2-3 years’ experience.
- Experience in the civil construction industry, preferably in detailed concrete and civil works.
- Ability to read and understand technical and non-technical documentation.
- Ability to use construction software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
