About the Role As a Metallurgical Graduate you will work in some of the most well-established mining districts, which have pioneered several mining innovations whilst producing some of the current local and global mining and resource leaders. Your responsibilities would include analysing plant performance on a day-to-day basis and providing consistent technical direction to Production teams, identifying opportunities to improve performance of the plant, developing and delivering operational improvements, and supporting Projects teams.
