DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS:

Pap Solutions was established in 2010 and is an engineering consultancy specialising in the energy industry; in Process Safety, Risk, Engineering and Design through both inhouse capability and trusted partners. Pap Solutions and its integrated partners have a diverse team of competent personnel with experience in the Oil and Gas (O&G) industry. The core team of process, mechanical, structural, electrical and instrumentation engineers and drafting resources spans experience levels from junior to senior, with project and secondment experience to a number of O&G clients.

At present we need Chemical Engineerto perform the following tasks:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Support site projects to maintain and improve efficiencies of manufacturing capabilities

·        Contribute to a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace by consulting with the workplace on process improvements

·        Lead process consistency by developing solutions to eradicate variability and standardise new procedures

·        Analyse production performance and implement solutions to improve process efficiency

·        Reduce waste by investigating, analysing, and implementing best practice and process efficiency across all lines

·        Ensure job task analysis and risk assessments are conducted where process changes have occurred

·        Liaise with customers and project teams to develop innovative solutions to ensure we have a continuous improvement focus

• Oversee mass and energy balance calculations, process modelling & simulation
• Product improvements and innovations to improve overall process economics.

Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:

Education                     :           Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in related field

Australian Experience    :           At least 5 + years of Australian Experience OR

Overseas Experience     :           At least 5+ years of Overseas Experience

Specialist                      :           Chemical Engineering  

Work Rights                  :           Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder
