Your new company 

Hays has partnered with a National Therapy Services Provider who support clients living with a disability to improve their independence and overall quality of life. The organisation has a diverse and large workforce of Allied Health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Physiotherapists servicing clients in the community across the Perth Metro region. The organisation continues to grow and are now looking for Occupational Therapy Graduates to join one of their Perth Hubs on a permanent basis. 

Your new role 

Graduate Occupational Therapists will join a highly-regarded, tailored 12-month program which is designed to explore your passions and build on your clinical confidence as an Allied Health professional. Throughout the program you will build the skills to perform the following duties:

    • Assess attitudinal, social and physical factors in a participants environment, identifying facilitators and barriers to set meaningful goals within an inter-disciplinary team. 

    • Create evidence-based therapy plans highlighting participants achievements and supports required to achieve set goals

    • Evaluate participant progress using person-centred tools, functional observations and participant/participant stakeholder collaborations

    • Assess Key Performance Indicators, sharing ideas and solutions that will contribute to your achievements

What you'll need to succeed 

    • AHPRA registration 

    • Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check

    • Valid Driver's Licence
