ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Project Development Manager to join our team in Melbourne.

The Project Development Manager will have the responsibility to strategically implement targeted business plans for Enviropacific’s Resource Recovery and Water divisions. 

With a national focus, this position will take a leading role in the continued successful introduction of new Resource Recovery Facilities to treat contaminated Soil and Water. 

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Taking the lead in developing and executing strategic growth plans and projects.
  • Leading the technical and regulatory aspects and impacts of the Resource Recovery and Water divisions through to successful facility construction and operation.
  • Identifying and leading market expansion opportunities that align with Enviropacific’s core purpose of ‘preventing, stopping and reversing environmental damage’.
  • Project management of and/or Supervision of Project Managers delivering strategic growth projects.

About You:

You will have spent your career to date focussing on operational excellence in constructing, operating, and trouble-shooting resource recovery, waste or wastewater facilities.

To be successful in this position you will likely possess the following:

  • 15+ years working within the resource recovery, water or waste industries, with 5+ years in leadership and project management positions.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience delivering in a competitive industry while managing a geographically dispersed team.
  • The proven ability to develop strong relationships with current and potential clients, suppliers and regulators.
  • A highly developed, persuasive, and influential communication style.
