Your primary objective is to find, attract, and select exceptional candidates for the given roles that are best suited to the client's specific needs.
What you will do:
Recruitment / Sourcing
- Use all sources and tools available to find the best candidate for an allocated role in the shortest amount of time
- Provide a shortlist of the best and qualified candidates for a role in the timeframe requested by the Account Manager
- Demonstrate exceptional practice in the use of Bullhorn (searching, managing tearsheets, leaving all notes, recording every activity, etc)
- Build trust with Account Managers by showing a sense of urgency, pursuing outcomes, and consistent communication (providing updates without being asked, and responding without delay)
- Proactively share candidates among the team to maximise the opportunity for the candidate and placement for the company
- Consciously monitor own stats around fill ratio and time to fill, to meet or exceed relevant client SLAs at all times
- Undertake client contacts required by the AM/TL/Branch Mgr that is required to achieve client-related KPI's.
- Position the client as an Employer of Choice in the marketplace
