- Screening and managing candidates
- Conducting candidate interviews
- Facilitating training and career advancement
- Crafting and disseminating job advertisements through diverse channels such as Seek.com, LinkedIn, etc.
- Employing marketing strategies and networking to expand business outreach
- Furnishing feedback from candidate and client interactions
- Offering guidance on salary negotiations
