You'll be responsible for Providing superior customer service to motor claimants in a timely manner Managing the operational processing of motor claims and ensuring all parties are informed throughout the process Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and liaising with 3rd party insurers and other multiple stakeholders Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders via managing expectations and aiming to provide best possible outcomes for your customers Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues About you Experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact- centre role Experience handling insurance claims would be desirable Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands. Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
