We are excited to introduce our Graduate Registered Nurse Program across our 88 homes in 2024. This opportunity will offer a full time role with hands on training and development to set you up for success in your aged care nursing career!
We are currently hiring for Graduates to work across multiple homes in Capalaba, Sunnybank Hills, Cleveland, Varsity Lakes, Burleigh Waters, Robina, Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah.
The Role
The Graduate Nurse Program with Bolton Clarke has been designed by experts in the Aged Care field to ensure our Graduate Nurses are equipped with the best possible knowledge and hands on experience in the industry.
The program will commence in April 2024 and is available to any recent Registered Nurse graduates who are in their first or second year of nursing. The program will run for 12 months with dedicated preceptors to ensure the best possible learning experience for all participants.
Requirements to be Eligible
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration
- Good care knowledge
- Strong and clear verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn
