Lipa Pharmaceuticals began in 1995 as a small family business, with a firm belief that our achievements are measured by the growth and success of our customers. Our Innovation Department is a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for Product Development, Innovation and Compliance for the Complementary Medicines Industry. We have a vibrant, dynamic and dedicated Technical Team who specialise in the development of products for elite brands, in the Australian and Overseas markets.
The Role
As a recent graduate, you will undertake an intense training program, to provide support for the following areas of Product Development and Regulatory Compliance:
- Collation of research for evidence based healthcare products
- Developing new product formulations
- Raw material assessments
- Creating Product Specifications and Regulatory Support documentation
- Technical Support to Sales Team as required
- R&D on New Products and Continuous Improvements of In Market Products
As part of your ongoing Training and Development, you will work within a number of different areas including Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development and New Product Development to give you a thorough understanding of our collaborative way of working.
What We Are Looking For:
• Tertiary qualifications in Life Sciences, Science, Biomedical Sciences or Nutrition/Herbal Medicine
• A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the business
Experience in the health care industry including Retail Pharmacy or Naturopathy, will be well regarded.
