About the Role:
The Regulatory Affairs Associate role is a maternityleave contract for a min 12 months. As a large company however, there could be future opportunities within the organisation long term.
This a perfect opportunity to start your career in reg affairs, if you are wanting to branch out of working in the laboratory/Quality space or if you are already working in this space, extend yourself by learning a diverse and broad range of standards.
As a chemical company they work across abroad number of authorities including the APVMA, AICIS, TGA, Medsafe NZ and MPI NZ.
This position requires a keen eye for detail, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills and the passion for networking within a team to really drive the business forward.
Working as part of a larger reg team across ANZ, you will assist in ensuring compliance with key regulatory standards including:
- Documentation - submissions, filings, and approvals.
- Liaising internally with R&D, Marketing, Quality Assurance, as well as external stakeholders as a point of contact providing guidance on regulatory/ compliance matters.
- Adapting to the constant change in the regulatory environment
- Mon- Fri – option to WFH Mondays and Fridays
- Tertiary qualifications – chemistry essential
- Some regulatory knowledge - APVMA, TGA , AICIS, Medsafe, EPA etc desirable.
- Experience in chemistry and/or reg affairs.
- Knowledge of regulatory processes and willingness to learn about new guidelines, procedures and requirements desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP desirable.
- Ability to work proficiently in Excel, Office
- Good communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask essential.
