About the Program:
Our Graduate and Trainee Programs, called “Breakthrough Academy”, will provide you with tools and training to excel at your accounting career. Each successful applicant will undertake a tailored program designed to introduce you to all aspects of Financial and Management Accounting, as well as the tools and skills needed to be successful in your professional career.
At the Breakthrough Academy you will:
- Learn the end-to-end accounting processes, included Financial and Management Accounting Reporting, working alongside organisations making a difference in their communities.
- Have ongoing mentoring from Qualified CPA and CA Accountants who are highly qualified and passionate about the work they do.
- Participate in peer support programs to build your network.
- Undertake e-learning courses and opportunities, to further your professional development.
- Undertake professional skills workshops to equip you for all aspects of your career, including opportunities for client engagement.
