Don’t just “come to work” – make a difference!
We are a growing Water Engineering consultancy with a passion for serving our client’s communities.
The opportunity
As a well-regarded and growing consultancy, we have multiple opportunities for early career engineers. Our graduate engineers work across our organisation, with the breadth of our clients, from Australia's largest utilities to outback communities.
You'll work with senior technical experts to ensure our water is safe to drink and to improve liveability across the country.
As part of the role, you'll:
- provide technical support to senior managers and clients.
- apply your engineering skills to a diverse range of projects.
- visit regional and remote sites (driver’s licence is essential).
- build your knowledge through writing and reviewing reports.
- have fun!
We have a formal professional development program, including coaching and external professional development. We have a structured path to develop your career.
About us
From policy to boots on the ground, we work primarily with local and state governments to provide safe water and sanitation to communities around Australia. We’re a small, collaborative team that loves what we do and our clients.
We pride ourselves on our close connection with the water industry. We love to get involved with our community – whether that be hosting functions on-site or collaborating at industry events. We have recently relocated to a brand-new office in the heart of Chatswood.
About you
You're looking for a role where you can apply your engineering knowledge while knowing you’re making a real difference. You:
- have completed a tertiary degree in chemical, environmental or civil engineering in the past two years or are completing your degree in 2024.
- work collaboratively, love learning and share our values.
- demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- are determined and driven with an enthusiasm to take on stretching opportunities.
- think innovatively and continually look for new ways to improve efficiency and develop flexible solutions for our clients.
What’s in it for you
You’ll work with a passionate and engaged team with a career path and structured training as part of your package. You'll have the opportunity to grow with us, put your strengths to work and make a real difference. You'll attend national conferences and industry networking events.
In this role, you will be making a huge impact on millions of people across Australia.
