About the role
Our Tax Advisory team are experiencing lots of exciting growth and are thrilled to extend the opportunity for a Graduate or Junior level Tax Advisor to join their team! At BlueRock, we want you to start your career off right. You will be building relationships with clients and be a true advisor from day one, collaborating with our team of tax specialists. This is your chance to be part of something big from the early stages. If you are early in your career in tax or looking to make the switch from a traditional compliance accounting role, this role is perfect from you!

What you'll be doing!
What can you expect in your day to day as a Tax Advisor? You will:
- Dive into a dynamic role that encompasses both client facing opportunities and writing tax advice. Not your typical Accounting!
- Support our Tax Advisory team by undertaking key research in tax laws and regulations.
- Be exposed to different fields of tax, from income tax to indirect taxes, employment taxes and even international tax.
- Touch many industries and client types – our client portfolios include start-ups, cross-border transactions, ASX listed companies, and clients going through mergers and acquisitions.
- Receive close mentorship from our incredible Director of Tax Advisory, who is heavily committed to developing their next generation of Tax Advisors!
We want to hear from people who have:
- Completed their Bachelor of Accounting or Law.
- Full working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident).
- The desire to complete their Graduate Diploma or Masters in Tax Law.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Tax Advisory.
