The Role
Reporting to the Marketing & Systems Manager, as the Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing initiatives with a significant emphasis on graphic design. This role entails managing social media, creating compelling graphic content, and steering other marketing ventures. We are seeking a creative and strategic individual who is eager to apply their graphic design expertise in a practical and impactful manner within various marketing campaigns.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead graphic design projects, generating captivating visuals that bolster our marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Devise and manage our clients' social media strategies, crafting engaging content harmonised with visually appealing graphics.
- Design and steer dynamic email campaigns via HubSpot CRM, resonating with diverse audience segments.
- Create and refine marketing materials, liaising with print vendors and other external partners as needed.
- Uphold a vibrant and updated content stature on our clients' CMS platforms, primarily maneuvering through WordPress.
- Foster close-knit collaborations with RTO clients to mold brand voice and strategy, ensuring a polished professional facade in all interactions.
- Engage with agencies to blueprint and actualise necessary activity assets.
- Routinely track and report on pivotal performance metrics, evaluating the ROI of our marketing stratagems.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A solid foundation in digital marketing (3 to 5 years), with a pronounced proficiency in graphic design; acquaintance with the education sector, especially RTOs, is a merit.
- Advanced mastery of Adobe products (e.g., Adobe InDesign).
- Robust grasp of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and CMS (e.g., WordPress) is preferred.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Stellar organisational acumen with the capacity to juggle multiple projects seamlessly.
- Exceptional problem-solving prowess coupled with impressive written and verbal communication finesse.
- A proactive and hands-on approach, ready to work closely with a team and independently.

Location and Flexibility in Work Arrangements
This position necessitates an on-site presence five days a week at our Liverpool, NSW office. However, we acknowledge that exceptional candidates may reside a considerable distance away. For such individuals, a hybrid work arrangement can be discussed, wherein up to three days a week in the office is required. This accommodation aims to balance the needs of our team and the demands of the role while maintaining our collaborative and dynamic working environment. Our enduring priority is to foster a culture of teamwork and shared success, whether you are engaging on-site or remotely.
Salary Range:
$65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Exceptional candidates may be considered for a higher range.
