We are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer with expertise in graphic and web design to join our marketing team. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, are able to manage multiple tasks and a knack for capturing audiences through compelling designs, we want you!
The role:
We are actively seeking a talented individual to step into the role of Graphic Designer and continue to uphold the high standards of creativity and design excellence that our team is known for.
As the Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in our Marketing team, supporting various aspects of our brand's visual identity in product, B2B & B2C efforts. You will be responsible for creating on brand graphics which elevate our design language. Your work will be integral in telling the story of our products, providing valuable tools for our sales and wholesale teams, and enhancing our digital presence.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivery of quarterly Graphics Packs for seasonal product range builds in accordance with briefs supplied by Product and Design Team.
- Creation and elevation of quarterly wholesale (B2B) sell-in assets.
- Creation and elevation of go-to-market customer facing (B2B & B2C) assets and tools.
- Develop engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital materials such as websites, social media content and sell in assets.
Required skills:
We are searching for a candidate who not only possesses a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills but also possesses the following:
- Confident and proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Competency in production, management of assets on commercial level.
- Product/retail/sports lifestyle experience with respect to design.
- Knowledge of emerging design trends.
- Understanding of marketing, brand and brand in retail landscape (i.e. assets to be created with end use in mind).
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts.
- Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and appeal of our content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts.
This is an exciting full-time position, based in South Melbourne with WFH flexibility (3/2), so we require you to be a local in Melbourne, possess reliable transportation, and have the right to work in Australia.
