Join the team at Integrity Food Co! We’re looking for a passionate and talented Graphic Designerto bepart of our dynamic team working on our high-energy local brands Botanika Blends and Protein Supplies Australia. 

About the Role:

This role is perfect for an individual eager to use their strong design skills in packaging, marketing and branding to have a real impact on established brands and have fun along the way. Working from our Tingalpa office you'll be reporting to our Marketing Manager and CEO to collaborate to create engaging design and marketing strategies in a passionate marketing team in a company that values innovation and creativity. This role is initially designed to be part-time (3-4 days per week), but there is potential flexibility to consider a full-time schedule (5 days per week). This is an on-site role. For the right candidate there is potential to negotiate working some days each week remotely.

Desired Skills and Experience:

You are a creative, innovative designer eager and ready to execute visually striking projects. You are organised, great at juggling and prioritizing projects and able to strictly adhere to deadlines for work. You have excellent interpersonal skills, enjoy teamwork and want to produce great designs in a dynamic environment.

Ideal Candidates will:

·       Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio that showcases your exceptional skill in packaging and branding.

·       Be a wizard in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign) – with a focus on Illustrator, as a significant portion of our output uses this program. 

·       Possess strong expertise and interest in packaging creation: This skill is paramount for the role. We are seeking someone capable of reinventing our product packaging to engage and retain our customers.

·       Have a background in marketing: Essential for embedding strategic thinking in the development of visuals and packaging, with a deep understanding of brand nuances and the market.

·       Have capable illustration skills (our Botanika Blends brand employs a lot of fun illustration).

·       Have a ROI-driven vision in creating effective advertising visuals.

·       Have a great sense of humour and enjoy collaborating.

·       Possess skills in photography and video, would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Full responsibility for packaging creation for new products and redesigning existing packaging. Your talent in this area is crucial for defining the visual identity of our products and distinguishing them in the market.

·       Designing graphic elements for marketing campaigns (FB Ads, Banners, website...).

·       Rebranding one of our flagship brands: A major project requiring deep understanding of branding and the ability to reinvent a brand image.

·       Creating B2B and B2C brochures, graphic identities, and various communication supports.

·       Responsible for all visual creations of the brands: A key mission that requires a consistent creative vision and strong impact across all our communication platforms.
