The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Designer to join our Brand & Clients team in Brisbane.
As a Creative Designer, you will deliver visual communication solutions for client problems, support business development initiatives, and proudly communicate our brand. You collaborate with designers in our team, and with colleagues in other Urbis Business Units, to achieve success with inclusivity, creative flair and fundamental design principles.

You Will
- Produce engaging and impactful visual communication solutions in response to client requirements;
- Understand, apply, and advocate for, the visual identity of the Urbis brand;
- Take briefings for, and complete, a diverse range of print and digital creative projects;
- Ensure artwork has been meticulously proofed before sending to client;
- Work collaboratively, or autonomously, as needed to ensure successful project delivery
- Actively contribute to our team culture of collaboration, innovation and exceptional performance.
- A tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or similar, is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital and interface design and production.
- Experience in Adobe suite programs: Adobe XD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Additional desirable experience includes any of the following:
- Basic html/css
- CMS (Wordpress, Wix, Webflow etc)
- Digital data visualisation (eg: PowerBi, Tableau)
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- A minimum of 3 years in a designer role
