Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Digital Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation and delivery of innovative graphic and visual communication solutions, primarily across our social and digital channels. This creative and varied role will see the successful candidate take responsibility for:
Content Creation:
· The development and design of social media assets
· Generate engaging visual content, including animations, video, GIFs for social media, websites and advertising that effectively communicate how products and our brand solves customer needs.
Website:
· Managing our websites content, including providing recommendations to improve the UX
· Collaborating with agency partners to implement website page builds and optimise the site design
Email Marketing:
· Developing concepts for EDMs and building out in Klaviyo ready for scheduling
· Designing templates and building and sending emails to different audiences including testing and reviewing for best practices and improvements.
Digital Asset Management:
· Assisting in the preparing photography briefs ensuring styling and propping direction is aligned with overall brand aesthetic
· Identifying gaps in our asset library and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and evolve the brand aesthetic on social and digital channels
Campaign support:
· In collaboration with the marketing manager contribute to the ideation and development of marketing campaigns
· Developing creative concepts for trade marketing
Collaboration and thought leadership:
· Ad hoc concepting and designing work as required by the business.
· Stay up-to-date with design trends, digital best practices, AI, and technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team.
To excel in this role, you will have:
· At least 5 years’ experience in Graphic Design with proven ability to bring marketing campaigns to life across multifaceted digital communication channels
· Expert knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, XD, After Effects/Premier Pro (or other similar video editing software)
· Experience designing and building email marketing templates (Klaviyo experience preferred) including campaign building, testing and sending
· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
· Experience is a similar digital Graphic Designer role, preferably within an FMCG environment.
· Experience with website and e-commerce design
· Layout, problem solving and analytical skills
· Proficient in copywriting, strong written and verbal communication skills
· A creative mindset
· Strong attention to detail
· Deadline-oriented, with strong time-management skills
· Strong organisational skills and ability to create and maintain file management systems

As the successful candidate you will be joining a small, but passionate team committed to delivering quality products to our customers. Based on site at our Coburg North HQ, this part-time role (3 days per week) offers flexibility with start and finish times, with the preferred work days being Monday/Wednesday/Thursday..
