As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to our success through visually compelling designs that showcase the beauty and potential of our properties and our services.
The Opportunity:
As a Graphic Designer with our company, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the visual narrative of our brand and properties. From creating stunning property listings to designing captivating marketing materials, you will play a pivotal role in attracting buyers and sellers alike. Collaborating closely with our administration and sales teams, you will bring our properties to life through engaging designs that resonate with our target audience and drive results.
What We're Looking For:
- Develop visually appealing property listings, brochures, flyers and promotional materials that highlight the unique features and benefits of each property.
- Create digital assets for online marketing channels, including social media posts, email campaigns, website graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other vendors to ensure high-quality visual content that aligns with brand standards and client expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Real Estate marketing to continuously improve design strategies and deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines, brand standards and maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
You must have:
- Minimum of two years graphic design/marketing experience
- to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Not a necessity but it is desirable if you have Canva experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective design work, with an emphasis on property marketing materials.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
