The Role
Grand Hyatt Melbourne is seeking a motivated Full TimeGraphic Designer - Sales & Marketing to create design solutions that support the marketing strategies of our Australian Hotels.
Day to Day
- Proactively recommend creative communication solutions for Marketing Managers to produce innovative and industry leading marketing materials
- Develop creative promotional print and digital collateral
- Project manage design projects autonomously from brief to delivery, across multiple Hyatt brands
- Produce content and artwork for social media and digital channels
- Ensure that all work adheres to brand standards and style guides of each Hyatt brand, and maintain quality check of design projects across each Australian hotel and ensure that all design solutions are ‘on brand’
- Dispatch press advertising via Quickcut/Quicksend to publishers
- Assist in maintaining the photographic libraries
- Work with partners and sponsors to produce co-branded collateral and promotional material
- Work with third party agencies and freelancers to coordinate special projects
Qualifications
- Degree in graphic design or visual communications or equivalent
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools and software such as After Effects and Premiere
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
