Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will join our in-house graphic design team, providing creative design solutions for marketing campaigns and initiatives and to the wider organisation. The position contributes to the growth of Winc's brand and customer experiences both digitally and on offline platforms.

• Work closely with Marketing stakeholders on the creative ideation of Marketing campaigns to engage new and existing customers across multiple brand touchpoints including paid and owned media.
• Develop and implement innovative design solutions that are consistent with the Winc Brand.
• Attend collaboration and debriefing sessions and contribute ideas and findings.
• Review and evaluate designs and their effectiveness for a range of media and contribute to challenging the norm within Winc's brand guidelines.
• Keep abreast of industry trends.
• Provide graphic design support and advice to functional teams across the business.
• Ability to clearly articulate and communicate the design process and ideas with staff at all levels.
• Develop design solutions and templates that are consistent to brand guidelines.
• Keep relevant and flexible to ever changing business priorities and projects.

• Previous experience in Marketing Design related role
• Ability to showcase a diverse range of projects working with established brands.
• Strong Digital Design experience
• Demonstrated track record of generating design concepts - taking jobs from brief to concept, through to finished work.
• Strong creative, problem solving and organisational skills
• An exceptional level of attention to detail.
• A positive, team player with an enthusiastic attitude.
• Great verbal and written communication skills, and strong inter-personal skills.
• A self-starter who actively seeks new ways to reduce complexity.
• Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders, manage time and prioritise tasks when needed.
• Results driven team player and dedicated to making a difference.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator)
• Good Understanding of HTML and CSS
• Demonstrate a good understanding of UX and UI
• Demonstrate a good understanding of marketing automation and customer journeys
• Strong ability to design for Microsoft office applications when required (PowerPoint/Word)
